Wow stunning, so nice! Dont think that anything in the philippines is free. Its funny though. Saying that tinago falls is free. I guess what they mean that its free to breath. Thats basically the only thing free. It starts with - parking your car. Really have no idea why to pay for that but anyway. - then 2 people... More

It's must try in Iligan City. The water is clear and cold. Make sure you'll try the bamboo rafting. Do a big leap in the water and be prepared for the 400+ going to and from the falls.

I've been here 6 times already, I just can't have enough of it. I love the scenery, the cold fresh water, the bamboo water rafting and most specially that the area is Tinago (hidden) - you won't be getting sunburns even if you spent the wholeday swimming in there. Best camera to bring is an action cam, we tried bringing... More

Thanks to my friend Naj Alejo for making our Mindanao trip even more fun when she volunteered to tour us around Iligan (or Lanao Del Norte). Since we came from our trip to Davao city, we took the bus at the terminal going to Cagayan de Oro (7-8hrs) and took another bus going to Iligan. From the bus terminal, we... More

A waterfalls you can't resist. Going here is an adventure and definitely for thrill seekers and adrenaline junkies! You have to take 308steps (i guess) to reach the waterfalls, and of course another 200+ steps going up again. Yay! But surely it is a worth it experience after all. A memories worth keeping!

My friends and I decided to visit Tinago Falls when we saw it featured in CebuPac's smile magazine. Since we live in Misamis Occidental, we find ourselves losers if we can't even pay a visit to this majestic falls. This is how our trip goes. From Ozamiz City, we took a barge ride for P25 plus P5 terminal fee to... More

Whenever you're in Iligan City, try going to Tinago Falls. I recommend getting there early before the crowd flocks and the place gets packed. You can rent tables, chairs and life vest (a must have). The water is very COLD, so its perfect for a summer getaway. You can bring your own food and snacks without any corkage. One of the... More

Wow! I can't really explain the feeling after all the hardships I had just to see the infamous Tinago falls, it was raw and real! The falls alone is so majestic, magical and amazing that you can't help yourself staring at it. I suggest to travellers that has plans on going here to buy their foods in city proper first... More

It's always majestic everytime I visit Tinago Falls. The water is refreshing, the place is a complete beauty. However, facilities need improvement. I feel like it's not being taken well care of. The life jackets are almost as disposable, some parts of it no longer fxn well and to think it should always be safety first for the swimmers. They... More
