We were able to get 2 for 1 tickets through our hotel so this worked out to be quite affordable for our family (probably would not have gone if paying full price). Really enjoyed the tour through the plantations, our son loved petting the animals and was mesmerised by the boat ride.

First I was a little scared doing it all by myself with two under two but it was a perfect place with plenty of sights for the toddle and the tour guide was the most friendly and certainly most helpful ever seen before. Really made me feel welcome and not a burden when needing help he was there. My little... More

Fun informational place. Definitely recommend the fruit tastings. Very educational and an enjoyable day out of the family. Affordable with a nice little shop for products.

It was a great day at Tropical Fruit World. The tour around the farm was fun and informative. There was a tractor tour, a miniature train ride and a boat cruise as well. Kids can feed the animals and pat Sherman the Clydesdale horse. During the tour we tasted fresh bananas, passionfruit and cracked our own macadamias. Then at the... More

This was a longer than expected day out. The fruit was lovely to try but very ripe. It would have been nice to taste each fruit as we were being told rather than waiting until the end. Tractor ride was fun and do was macadamia nut cracking. Boat ride went for ages. Farm is good if you are bringing non... More

What an interesting place with the most unusual fruits to try and purchase. We only stopped off after seeing the signpost as something to see but the carpark was certainly catering for coaches as well as small parties and families. We had a general look around, tried a few samples but found the admission price very steep so had an... More

This area is absolutely breathtaking - lush green rolling hills, mountains in the distance & yet so close to the coast. We took a quick detour (off the main road) when we saw the *Tropical Fruit World sign - unfortunately the Entry Price was a little steep for us though it looked like an interesting time IF you had a... It was a lovely day out we got to travel on a large carriage pulled by a tractor, had a boat ride and also had a train ride. We got to taste different kinds of fruits which was great for the kids to try something different. On our travels on the fruit farm we learnt about the history and stopped... More
