Discover the beauty of the Gold Coast canals aboard our 1965 timber vessel....

Discover the beauty of the Gold Coast canals aboard our 1965 timber vessel. This relaxing 2 hour cruise is the perfect way to enjoy the Gold Coast's waterways and peek into the magnificent homes and lifestyles of the rich and famous whose homes line the canals.

Cruise through these man-made canals and discover what is known as the 'Venice of Australia' with a Broadwater Canal system larger than the waterways of Venice and Amsterdam combined.

During this 2 hour cruise we will explore the three islands Chevron, Cronin and Macintosh. View the ever-changing Surfers Paradise skyline and travel to Marina Mirage Queensland's finest waterfront shopping and dining resort, Palazzo Versace Australia's only 6 star Hotel and the Sea World Resort and Water Park.

With informative commentary the skipper will share some of the history of the Gold Coast, profile some of Australia's rich list and give an insight to some of the Gold Coast's well known identities, so sit back, relax and enjoy the extensive views of the coast skyline. The best way to discover Surfers on the water.

A very enjoyable morning cruising the canals and man-made islands of the Gold Coast. Interesting, informed commentary on our surrounds and friendly hosts. The scones served with the Devonshire tea were delicious! Overall an extremely well-priced, fun experience!!

We took a two hour trip on this boat. When we boarded we were given sandwiches and coffee and then off to explore the islands and canals. The commentary was very interesting and views of Surfer!s Paradise stunning

Went on this cruise for the morning 2 hour trip. We were served a scone each with jam and cream and had the choice of coffee or tea. Water or soda was able to be purchased for $2.00. Really enjoyed the cruise and the food was nice. It was a lot smaller than the commercial cruises with max 20-25 people... More

TL;DR - a boat ride through a few canals talking about which houses are rarely occupied and therefore easier to be burgle, a taster of a Devonshire Tea, staff that know a lot about the canals but are stand-offish. Pros: If you wanted to know which houses are unoccupied and therefore more susceptible to burglary, take this cruise. You'll learn... More

Had a lovely relaxing morning on the canals, looking at how the other half live. Great value for money and informative commentary from Steve about the houses we passed. This is the only boat that can go into all the bays, so you get up much closer plus it's great to be able to support a small family-owned and run... More

We hadn't booked and were on the jetty when we saw the boat pull away, my hubby called the number on the boar and the captain was kind enough to pick us up from the jetty we were on ( which was on the opposite end). Captain Steve is such a lovely person with excellent commentary and pointed out the... More

This is a gorgeous, small, family run cruise providing great value for money with 360 degree vistas, unique photo opportunities and informative commentary about the islands, development, properties and growth of the Gold Coast waterways. The morning tea was delicious and just right. The best views are obviously from the uncovered top deck, but you must have a broad brimmed,... More

A friendly greeting by Captain Steve and his wife Rhonda started our 2.5 hour canal cruise. For $25, $22 for Seniors it would be hard to beat this informative cruise for fun, friendliness and value. Steve is a wealth of knowledge and gossip about the canal residents and the history of the waterways and shares this knowledge unabated throughout the... More

Skipper gave a great commentary. This is Family owned business and you were made to feel comfortable and relaxed when stepping on board. Boat is clean and well maintained. A pleasure... More
