It was the one of the best thing I choose to do. It was fun , we enjoyed it. Plus Jack and his team mate who was on board with us, made it even more fun. Everything was straight forward but they looked like happy soul. Cheers Jack.

I was totally new to the gold coast city and I booked everything online what ever available prior to my availability but unfortunately I booked in this GC jet boat parasail which was my life time worst experience. There was a lady in customer service I haven’t seen such a rude worst staff in any shop or company. She is totally in her own zone. The photograp we got was so bad so bad I can send you guys sample how I got from other jetski shop it was so HD quality and how you guys charged me $40 for so sheet photos and 20 second worst video. I wouldn’t recommend your service to any one to my friends family no one . Thank you so much

Me my mum and sister all went parasailing together while my two brothers and dad went somewhere else and we had a great time we had to wait for about 10 - 15 minutes before we got a turn but there was about 10 other people with us mostly solo travellers but I would recommend no matter if your travelling alone or with friends or family

The tour is sensational, but the clumsiness with which the receptionist attended to us was ridiculous. But the worst part was that we bought the package to fly as a group of 3 and when we were on the boat, ready to take off, they informed us that the flight could only be in pairs, that they didn't have the equipment for 3 people together.

Hi Fernando, thank you for the feedback.
To clear up any miss communication, we spoke to your group and another customer who was flying as a solo to inform you that due to the high wind we would not be able to fly any solos or triples. This is standard procedure in high wind, it is very crucial for your safety.
You were given a option for one member of your group to fly twice so you could go up in pairs essentially getting 2 flights.
I understand there was a language barrier but aside from any miscommunication that may have occurred, we hope you did enjoy your boat ride and parasail! :)
