Definitely considered by all in our group to be the best of the Queensland theme parks. We did find howev.er, that at the time of year we visited we did need to purchase fast track tickets

Always a great day, if you want to avoid lining up too long then go early and head straight to your preferred rides. Always fantastic atmosphere and staff.

This is a nice amusement park at the GC. I think is the best option especially if you buy the package that costs around 100ausd for 1 year all entry to 4 amusement parks. The park has big and small roller coasters and also several games for kids. Food inside is very expensive so be aware of that.

Love the park, favourite ride is definitely superman! We went on Christmas Eve and there were no queues and again on New years day which did have significant queues but so worth it.

We had a great day out at Movie World. We tried to avoid the school holidays as it is super busy but I think its busy all the time. We did wait for 30-40mins for some rides but that's what you get at all adventure parks across the world so we weren't to worried as we just chatted to other... More

We visited Movie World on the 2nd of January with our primary school aged child and our early High School aged child. It was very busy but this was expected due to the time of year. Both my husband and I had visited Movie World as teenagers and were keen for our two children to experience it despite poor reviews... More

If you like long waits, for everything, I mean everything, drinks, food, toilets, service welcome to movie world. I think it is time for some money to be spent on this place, really nothing changed. I think you need to look at entertainment while Le people are lined up, in the heat and basically calmly bored. The food is basic,... More

My family went to the park last Sunday. We got there by 9 and were lined up for the first rides at 9.30am. We got to do the Arkham Asylum and Superman rides in the first 15 mins. We also got onto Scooby Doo within 15 mins. By getting there early we managed a number of rides before the crowds... More
