My wife and I have long been desirous of attending this glamour strip show. And after 30 years of wondering we went as COVID has stopped our OS travels. We paid for the VIP package as nearly everyone appears to so it ain’t so VIP, but it does give you the train ride, gimmicky fun, and the access to the pre dinner bar. Now right up until you enter the main amphitheater it is tacky Fun with a capital F., and then you go into a step seating bank with very uncomfortable benches considering you are now here for 2.5 hours. The show is rather flat with some parts that are funny and an acrobatic show that is a show of core strength. The guitarist is fantastic in the hotel California solo hats off to Vendeta (pretty sure that is her name).
The food is just plain average and the cocktails are acidic and the time to order to drink is long, the waitress in our section, Thorn, is well invested in making you feel like she is having a good time, despite her positively “nonchalant” (obviously part of the act) attitude; which we enjoyed; will not compensate you for the average food and average service.
Support the act go once and then you can say you did.

Paid for the VIP tickets for upstairs. Seating a bit cramped and not close to the stage. Suggestion, pay for general entry downstairs, better viewing and interaction and seemed not as cramped. Champagne and canapes average. Food average and not much on the plate. Suggest a snack beforehand. Show was a combination of burlesque/Mexican theme. But, not what I expected. Nothing much to do with dracula or the undead, though a segment of the show did seem to try to do so. Entertainers are talented and at times humourous. But, expect some risque language and lots of skin. I was warned beforehand. Staff are friendly and efficient. Decor was in line with this type of themed venue. Drinks are a tad expensive, suggest take an appropriate amount of cash. Ghost Train ride quirky and a bit of fun. A limited amount of parking available. Generally, an entertaining night. But, would I do it again. Well, all I will say is, been there, done that.

My husband and I had a great night out at Dracula's on the Gold Coast last night. The food was delicious and the entertainers were all so very talented. They were funny, had beautiful voices, excellent drummer and guitarist and stunning dancers. I would highly recommend it! Thanks for a great night.

This is now set up for the enjoyment of staff alone rather than the customers. The ghost train at the start is cute but the drinks are over priced, the food is cheap and like warm when it gets to your table. The show is second rate and there are no staff interactions with customers like there used to be. A total trap

Pretty average. The show itself was Mexican themed. Nothing was funny to be honest. The best part was like the duet with the girl and boy dressed in beige. We paid $95 each and we left half way through to go home. I’ve been told by others it was great. But I guess not my taste. Trannys trying to be funny but just weren’t.

This was my third visit to Dracula's and the first time in about 7 years and ot did not disappoint. It's a fabulously fun themed experience from when you like up outside, ever the castle, ride the ghost train to your seats and strap in for the show. Cheeky, sexy cabaret - singing, dancing, comedy, circus/aerial performances. You will laugh a lot! The cocktails are wonderful and the good is pretty good too.

We booked the VIP experience and found it to be interesting and value for money. The cabaret show was fun and very well presented. The actors were funny and the dancers and acrobats entertaining. The service was good and friendly. Highly recommended. The food was slightly disappointing and the menu could be improved. A highly recommended experience when you visit the Gold Coast.

I have mixed feelings about our night out. Definitely a fun place for Hens nights, girls night out but it was just a little chaotic and while the entertainers, aerialists and vocalists were amazing, a really poor script, terrible jokes made it a bit cringeworthy. We arrived and were rushed inside, stepping over a fallen barricade, followed the queue upstairs only to realise we had missed the train ride downstairs. Instructions on arrival weren't clear and rushed. Upstairs, no we didn't want a group photo so was harshly spoken to by the attendant stating we were "queue jumping!" then to the bar and drinks were very reasonable priced. Back downstairs where dinner was served, both our first two courses were warm at best but here's where it gets disappointing. Two of our table were vegan which was pre-ordered and the menu sounded great, the reality was awful. First course, salad with a drizzle of balsamic glaze (slammed down with "here is the rabbit food by the waitress"! Second course a plate of steamed vegetables with balsamic glaze (Slammed down by the waiter with "who is having the normal food"!) I mean seriously. Dessert arrived and 4 chocolate mousse which was 10/10 in a cute chocolate shaped coffin but I asked for the vegan dessert and without any apology 2 desserts were whisked away and a very nice panna cotta was brought back (overly sweet but fine). This could be amazing but it wasn't. For the price I felt let down and while I enjoyed some of the night it isn't somewhere I would recommend.

We went as a family group, including teens, during a Gold Coast holiday. The show was very entertaining with great performers. Risqué but not over the top. Dinner was good. Really worth including on your list of things to do on the Gold Coast.

I have visited Draculas a few times in the past (Melbourne and Gold Coast), and I love the experience every time.
They have great interactive entertainment whilst waiting in the line outside, we were VIP guests and thoroughly enjoyed the canapes and free glass of bubbly they had on offer.
The ghost train ride was a bit of fun and provided great entertainment later on. There were heaps of thing to look at and fun photo opportunities before the show.
The food came out quickly and was delicious, the staff were attentive and very fun to talk to. The show was amazing and made for a great night out with friends.
We will definitely lately come back another time.

Hi Katie,
Our show is MA15+ It is for mature audiences as it does contain course language, drug and sexual references and mild nudity.
We definitely recommend being 15 years or older to attend our show!

Has anyone accidently booked the incorrect date? No refund policy and we have paid $700 for the 5 of us.
Written 16 February 2019
I’m rather confident that if you explained your circumstances that they would allow your change of date..
The whole place seemed very professional and well run to me so I’d be surprised if they weren’t keen to assist .
Just my thoughts....

Is there an age limit to virw the show ie; would 16yo be able to attend?
Written 27 January 2019
Has anyone purchased the 2 for $50 tickets for Draculas from the Wyndham group in Cavill Ave? Happy to to tour their property but not keen to get stitched up.
Written 17 December 2017
You will have to sit while they try to sell you a time share holiday. Don’t do it, it’s not worth the so called 90 min
Then you will either be able to get your two tickets or they will say you do not meet the requirements.
Normally if it’s that cheap it’s a scam
I did it once -NEVER AGAIN
Good luck,

Just wondering what time we should get there? What time do the doors open? What time does the show start? Is there time to have a drink when we first arrive? Thank you
Written 30 November 2017
We got there as a VIP at 6.30 and there was over an hour to have the arrival bubbles and nibbles, do the train ride, have a drink, and go to the bathroom before the show started.
Written 5 December 2017
Hi guys! Just wondering if it's worth the extra to go VIP? Seating wise
Written 5 November 2017
We thought VIP was worth it. You enter 30 mins before, so any sense of "rush" (as talked about in some reviews) is eliminated. You get second tier seating so you can watch the show without turning around or looking up. You get attended to faster, and able to pay bill and leave quicker.
