This shopping centre is off Broadbeach mall and has been around for many years.
Sofitel Hotel is located next door.
Its located on the beach.
It doesnt offer a lot and does have a supermarket for grocery shopping.
Several restaurants here and my friend and I enjoyed dining at Marios Italian Restaurant.
Head off across the road to Pacific Fair which offers much more variety.

The centre has a fantastic location across the road from the beach, we offer a fantastic variety of restaurants, cafes and retail offerings.
We are a boutique shopping centre with a number of unique retailers on Level 1

We stay at Broadbeach once or twice a year. The Oasis is super handy for Woolies, BWS, Bakers Delight, even bought a smart hat from one of the speciality stores. Coffee and cakes great at Base. However, the butcher has left, there must be a big demand? Tedious having to treck over to PF!

Thank you for your four star review. The Oasis Woolworth's has a fantastic meat section, please give that a try for your meat requirements during your next visit.

Need to pay for your car damage even it was damaged due to the mall's building problem. The T&Cs were unfair, everyone need to take responsibility when you choose to get in to the parking. I parked my car in Oasis and it was damaged due to the mall's water leaking building. However, the mall refused to take responsibility for the damage and asked me to claim my insurance (if you don't have car insurance than just have to pay by your own money). I believe that this is unacceptable. And the mall's attitude was indifferent, they did not do anything even apologize or follow up on my situation (especial the marketing manager who replying my email). I was inconvenienced and upset by this experience. Never go to again.
As I know, under the Australian Consumer Law, car park operators can’t make misleading claims or use unfair contract terms so I will contact office of fair trading to see if they can help.

We would like to clarify that the terms and conditions for our Car Park are prominently displayed at the entry.
Regarding the damage to your vehicle, we appreciate your communication via email and over the phone.
As per our discussions over the phone and via email, our operations manager recommended filing a claim with your insurance company. This approach ensures that the correct protocols are followed, and you receive the best possible outcome for both you and your vehicle. Professional insurance companies are adept at managing these situations on behalf of the claimant, providing a thorough and efficient resolution process.
We note in your correspondence via email if we didn’t provide the response, you requested you would choose to seek attention via media platforms, please note when communication is sent with this as a part of information the most professional and respectful way to deal with a matter is via the professional insurance companies.

Was visiting an upset relative who lives above the Oasis Shopping Centre. A loud noise had developed in the air-conditioning units on the roof of the Oasis Centre weeks before. In the quiet of night it was horrendous. This was reported to the Oasis Centre management, who directed the call to the technical overseer, who said that nothing was wrong. After my aunt's insistence he said they'd investigate and get back to her. My aunt was representing several neighbours. Nothing was heard back, even though my aunt repeatedly contacted the management office but to no avail. The receptionist always said that she would leave messages for someone to call back. No-one ever did.
A conversation with the Oasis Centre manager was then requested. My aunt was told that the woman was not there that day. She said she would ask the manager to call me when available. After a week it was assumed the request had been ignored. Next time the receptionist directly connected my aunt's call to what turned out to be the manager's message bank. A message to call back was left. It was again ignored.
Over the next couple of weeks messages to call back were again ignored by the CEO. Finally my aunt made yet another pitch for communication and was connected to the original technician who said that in fact they had found a motor had blown and had eventually repaired it some 2 weeks prior.
For local management of a local commercial centre nothing is forgivable in this scenario. Says a lot about the CEO's care of her patron's welfare. Appalling corporate behaviour that needs to be further addressed.

The team at Centre Management are sorry to read your review. We thank you for your call to our Operations Manager who did look in to the matter out side of operational hours, the issue was fixed. We continue to monitor the roof tops for noises.

For an old complex it has a real modern attitude, light and airy with plenty of shops servicing the locals needs and tourists alike. There are plenty of eateries accommodating all budgets. Our fave shops are the florist and the Gems and Minerals, (jewellery shop upstairs) which is currently have an amazing sale. Definitely a must when visiting or staying in the area. Also has a Woolworths - can be a cheap and cheerful lunch - think roast chicken, salads etc and a short walk to picnic tables in the park at Broadbeach. Rather impressively even saw someone with oysters from Woollies one day and a bottle of champagne from the BWS in the same complex. The only limit is your imagination.

Pacific Fair shopping centre is state of the art. Indoor and outdoor layout. Comfortable seating areas for rest breaks. Shopping suitable for everyone from high end to everyday. Great eateries to delight your tastes. Amusement for the kids. Easy to find your way around.

I started working in the area of broadbeach a few months ago, always enjoyed Oasis until the day I decided to do some food shopping after work and left at 9pm, the "supposedly" Free parking is just one more way to rip off people, I was charged 6 dollars after I spend 20 minutes in the shopping centre, why? Because it was 3 minutes past 9 !!!!
Unacceptable I have never seen that anywhere else, better go to Australia Fair or Pacific Fair where the parking is free no matter the time!
And of course when you called on the intercom you just speak to useless people trying to make sense of why you are being tricked into paying the amount.
Stupid!

A Beautiful centre with lots to offer from Restaurants, cafe, Medical, Newsagent, Fashion , Shoes for all ages/ gender, Woolworths, BWS. It's great to just wander. After coffee, shopping,,,, cross the road to view the ocean 😎👣🌊
