You can see all of this park in just a few hours. Many water cascades and picture taking opportunities. Easy walking. It would have helped is they had a hand-out map of the park trails to follow rather than just a large board along the way to show the the trails. Some boards did not show your current location so... It's a fair price and the line was not long at all, about 8 to 12 minutes in line. On the other hand parking can be a bit of a hassle but otherwise will worth the trip. Once your the view is just amazing, spectacular, lots of locals that sell both food and merchandise which you can purchase for a... More

They don't charge a lot to go inside. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes because you're going to be walking a lot and you might slip because of the water and paths. When you go inside there are going to be boys that tell you that they're going to give you a tour for only a couple pesos. We didn't... More

In my experience, the only worth to visit place in Uruapan, this nature spot, is full with history, clear air, water and harmony. At any cost, avoid in holidays, it gets crowded with visitors and sellers and drunken people. If you visit Uruapan and stayed in some downtown hotel, you can go jog at the national park in the mornings... More

Absolutely beautiful! Make sure you wear appropriate shoes bc of the stone walkways. Also not stroller friendly. Scenery couldn't be more gorgeous!!

Just beautiful! Nice place to hike and enjoy God's beautiful nature! Pictures speak for themselves! This park has a river flowing that begins from and underground spring! It's just amazing how there is just so much clean running water all thru out the park!

This is a wonderful place which is green and full of plants that are normally seen in a more tropical environment. Lots of water features - fountains and falls. A trout farm. Ferns, rain trees, banana plants and climbers to name a few of the plants in the park. Also good bird life.

Absolutely beautiful and a one of Mexico's gems. The water is pervasive and fundamental to the experience. You are bombarded by young and old soliciting goods and services which sometimes distracted from the experience. All-in-all a highlight of this area among others.
