Les Jardins d'Eyrignac was my first experience of France. The receptionist were very helpful and spoke perfect English. I would visit again.

Living only a mile from Hidcote Gardens in the Cotswolds we naturally compared these gardens with them. The Eyrignac gardens compare very favourably, although they are not as well stocked with different varieties pf plants. That said, we enjoyed the peace and tranquility of these...More

A delightful garden with pristine trimmed hedges, lawns and just a beautiful place to spend a few quiet hours pottering around. The greenery was all lovely and the juxtaposition with the reds of Chinese and Japanese architecture was wonderful When we went back after lunch...More

We did not know what to expect when we saw the "road sign", such a wonderful open space with so much to feast your eyes on. So tranquil, peaceful and amazing work has been carried out. So many photo opportunities, even the lizards kept still...More

A series of formal French gardens, Italian spaces and an English arcade around the manor house, where the family still stays on occasion. Just down the road from Lascaux II and well worth making an effort to view.

We have spent a week in the Dordogne and visited many tourist attractions. This one was poor value for money. We expected to be able to get in amongst the garden but access is denied. Most of what you get to do is view from...More

Our visit was early in the Spring season but all of our senses were engaged. Many birds to listen to and watch, beautiful fragrance of the Box woods and early Spring blooms, delightful topiaries and beautiful grounds to touch and view. A delightful garden to...More

Personally I found the Topiary a bit tedious after a while - it is great and there is a long walk around and through it with some good views over the river - but it does lack variety. The onsite restaurant was good and made...More

The car park is just outside the entrance to the garden. However there are few actual paths in the gardens and some steps. I use a walking stick and didn't have problems but I wouldn't say the garden is wheelchair friendly... More
