If you ever go to China, just 150 km South west of Beijing is the City Baoding. You have to see this. There are English guides available and listen to the history behind the type of war fare. The way the did it and how they fight is awesome.

These tunnels were built during the Sino-Japan War by local farmers, for Chinese soldiers to hide & "live" in during that war. They're pretty much as they were back then, albeit with an arrow on the wall here and there to keep you heading in the right direction. If you're really tall, unsteady on your feet, or have a bad...
