I hate beaches, but this was OK. The water is cold and a bit dirty, but if you can tolerate the "beach experience", this one is good. Life guards, beach is clean, kids loved it.

Beach is clean and lots of room to sprawl out. Good people-watching. Lake temperature in July is refreshing but warm enough that you can stay in for a while.

There is no doubt this sleepy cottage community has gone the extra mile to enhance your beach experience. From the freshly combed sand, the renovated pier, the freshly painted and well-maintained facilities, this destination is clearly interested in wooing those beach-goers who would have traditionally...More

We had an amazing day at Port Stanley Beach! Blue skies, Blue waters. No complaints. I would certainly go back . The calm waters and sandy bottom was great for our group of 5.

Water was warm - sand was nice - waves but not too big - 1 min away you have very good food and drink choices. Also very close parking ($15 a day) and washrooms with change rooms and showers. Just amazing for a nice day...More

Yes for washrooms and benches. No cafes per se but lots of places to purchase food and drinks and a nice restaurant/bar right on the beach. Newly wheelchair accessible beach!

No I don't think so. There's definitely a roofed eating area on the main beach, but no bbqs.
