Nice walk to get there and well worth it for the totally amazing views! Need some sturdy shoes as the paths are rocky & it’s a long walk round. Make sure to take plenty of water & sun cream as even on a cloudy day...More

We walked up here yesterday and the views, although a little hazy, were well worth the climb. It's a bit steep at the beginning but the path is pretty well trodden and I made it up in flip flops! Once at the top, its easier...More

Staying in the area so thought we'd climb up and see Playa Blanca from above. Definitely worth it for the views. It doesn't take long to get to the top and there's a good walk around from where you can see the South West tip...More

It sounds very adventurous to walk up a mountain but this is not too high for most people to walk up. There is parking at the bottom of the slope and a well defined path to the top. Taking it slow and steady and most...More

What a lovely place to climb and offering amazing views over the Playa Blanca area. I'm most certainly not a climber, and I only had Converse on but I managed to get the crater, which was absolutely stunning. A great thing to do whilst in...More

As volcano walks go, this is probably one of the more accessible ones. On the other hand, don't try it without wearing decent closed-toe shoes or if you have any injuries, since it is still a bit of a slog. If you are not staying...More

Hello. Yes that is the right location. It's a lovely walk. Fairly steep to start but well worth it. Views from the top are breathtaking. We took a picnic. From there the sunsets are amazing too. Hope you enjoyed it.
