The walk to the lighthouse is great when the weather is not so good and you get to witness the sea crashing down on to the rocks. It's also great when the weather is fine too. If they could clean the place ùp a bit,...More

The lighthouse stands just beyond the end of the prom. Lots of graffiti on both buildings. Good views to sea but treat this a just a walk, don't expect much.

Waves crashing on the rocks and dolphins leaping out at sea what a memorable place. Landscape is very arid and baron but interesting contrast to the build up areas in Playa Blanca.

The Lighthouse area is worth a visit and is approx 55 mins walk along the promenade from the centre of Playa Blanca, located in the Faro Park area.

Disappointed when we drove out - a derelict sruffy building covered in graffiti. No cafe/ice creams huts evidence of teenage parties with empty bottles etc! Nice to watch the waves but could be so much better - if in the uk there would at least...More
