After the Castel of Orem, this one is the second on my list. It’s completely different as the wall are better preserved and man can walk all around to enjoy an amazing view including 2 high viewpoints with free telescopes.

Beautifully restored castle. Friendly, helpful staff & free. Superb views over Torres Novas. Quite a hike up there but worth every step - we took a very steep route but much easier route from the other side.

The main attraction of the town; it is a nice medieval castle that was built in the 12th century. The inside is now a lovely park, and the walls can be climbed and walked all around. The view from the top is quite nice.
