Yes, the place is beautiful. But it’s absolutely massive. All personal aspects of service are absent. It’s essentially a US restaurant chain equivalent of Tuscany wineries. We travel the world and have been to wine “countries” all over. This was the least favorite place we...More

What a spectacular architectural work this building is. Outside, we loved the waves of natural corten steel, the suspended spiral staircase. Inside the terra cotta bricks that undulated through the wine caves, without touching the ground, with air circulating throughout, all built into the hillside,...More

We have been on over 50 winery tours over the years and while the Antinori tour may not be the most intimate, it may be the most impressive. They have done an amazing job of designing a winery that is very functional, very green and...More

The Antinori Family has been making wine since 1385, and is recognized as the 10th oldest family owned company in the world. Today the company is run by the first woman in 26 centuries, Albiera Antinori. She is helped by her father, Marchese Antinori, and...More

Winery Tour includes history lessons about Tuscan wine production and the Antinori family. The structure is very impressive, and the building's story is quite interesting. Wine tastings for today included Conte della Vipera (savignon blanc & semillon) followed by La Braccesca 2014 (Vino Nobilie di...More

Now you can go see small, cute wineries in Italy, but if you want to see things on a massive scale this is the place to go. The architecture itself is worth the trip.

Amazing architecture. Building was set-up amount the valley with huge underground parking lot. Nice museum to understand the history of the Antinori family. Tasting was also great. Definitively a place that you need to stop when in the area.

I haven’t visited many vineyards before coming to Tuscany but this has to be one of the most amazing structures. Book a tour as you will leave with a deeper appreciation for the process of wine making and this family that has been around for...More

We went on a Friday , it was definitely busy. Parking is down low near the highway, then a small bus takes visitors up the hill to the winery. There is no shade in the parking lot, so don't leave any wines in the car...More

This is a beautiful winery but hardly what one would expect in Tuscany. First, it is huge. It is new and no expense was spared in building it. I'm not sure what the tours cost as ours were a gift but I think they are...More

Antinori wine tour is not a small event ... My personal experience was less than ideal in that the group size was large and the time behind the wine tasting "scene" was small and orchestrated by someone who did not appear... More
