Beautiful church inside! Dignitary funeral in process so could not get to front! Yes it’s white but the ceiling is the main draw. Another example of Baroque style in city filled with it.

Interesting architecture and old section of the town, worth a stop to see but don't know that I would stay in Noto, a few hours was enough for us

If in nearby Siracusa - drive the 15 mins to see this town of NOTO! This church is one of 4-5 along the same main street - all w/ incredible and similar baroque archtitecture. DO NOT MISS! This cathedral and other nearby churches are stunning...More

This baroque cathedral sits on top of a grand staircase. The cathedral was built in several stages during the 18th century. It is beautiful inside and outside. Worth a visit.

St. Nicholas Cathedral -- stunning, captivating, amazing!!! What an unbelievable work of Sicilian Baroque architecture! A must if you're in the area. We spent a glorious afternoon here, lots of locals, very friendly people. Parking is a little tricky, but it's worth the effort!

Other than being amazed, this place is more peaceful, clean and neat than any places in the island we ever visited. More over, locals here are accommodating, too. I would definitely recommend to include this on your itinerary.

This Cathedral is magnificent...as Noto! Reserve a sunny afternoon to visit the town with beautiful churches and Palazzos...Enjoy a good ice cream and watch the sunset reflecting the gold colours on the buildings walls! Magic!!!

Beautiful salmon pink building and a great place to watch the world by. The inside is freshly painted white. What can I say - it's a Duomo! But it is very impressive from the outside.

Now beautifully clean after extensive restoration after partial collapse of the dome in 1996 it only reopened in 2007. The mellow stonework in particularly beautiful towards sunset.

This is a lovely old cathedral although it has undergone some renovations since it was built - mostly because of a thunderstorm and some earthquakes in the area. If you want to visit try and time it to before 1.00pm when it shuts (siesta ?)...More

I don't know but you may about to enquire when you are in Sicily using Tourist information. I found church times did vary but most were open in the morning. Some in Ortigia closed at 14.00 or had short opening times to... More
