This gogeous cave used to be an important production place of the famous "Pommes Tapées"(apple slice) during the last century. This trade was a real industry during the 19th century but it completely died out on the eve of the 1srt Wordl War, we are new the only one to carry on this craft. We invite you to taste this mysterious delicacy that has often been showed on television. Visit of one hour. Plan warm clothes. TO VISIT...and TO TASTE...

Our world renowned guide book had recommended this site so we stayed an extra day in the area especially to visit. Very expensive compared to other attractions in the area for what is offered. A few troglodyte caves with some typical wine/fruit growing region artefacts...More
