Being just a 10 min bus ride and cheap, this is well worth a visit! No need to pay to enter the area. Lots of great spots for photos. Easy walk around for all abilities. Don’t hesitate to go here!!

Walked from takasaki station and back, about 1 hour each way. Pretty straight forward directions, if you stood at the station and faced the statue direction there are 2 bridges that cross the river, I went over the left one and came back the right...More

You need to take the bus from the train station. You will recognise after 30 minutes that you are at the top of the mountain and can see her head. She is of course bigger than life. Get off the bus when most everyone else...More
