You must walk to the farthest end for some seclusion, else it is crowded and sometimes a town drains into it.

#TrouperTraveller (search trouper traveller and Watch my gokarna Vlog to get more details about Gokarna beach) Gokarna Beach is close to gokarna town so tourist mostly avoid this beach but this beach is the longest and cleanest beach of Gokarna. You just have to walk little bit far from crowd. Clean water, soft sand and long stretch of this beach... More

This place is crowded during the day. You should visit this place at night when there are hardly any people. You can lie down and have a look at the stars!

Gokarna beach is very close to Mahabaleshwar & Maha Ganapati Temple. So ultimately people who visit these temples would visit this beach too. Crowd will be higher in the mornings & evenings. Not so clean, needs to be maintained properly. Definitely not a beach recommended to hangout for a long time. Gokarna has some really beautiful and clean beaches like... More

Isolated beach with very few people makes this an excellent place to enjoy a romantic holiday. Also its pretty clean as it is not crowded, like the beaches in Goa/Mumbai

Gokarna beach has become very popular in the last few years and for the right reasons - not as crowded as the neighboring Goa beaches and deep blue welcoming waters. Dangerous for swimming though!

The beach was beautifully clean, not crowded. The water was amazing. You can walk deep into the sea even if you don't know to swim. The mornings are amazing with milder waves and you can walk in deep to a point before the waves land. The evenings are amazing too. Couples and groups can enjoy equally. There were more foreigners...
