Two points: a) abusive security / staff, and b) confusion whether it's a sport pub or playground.
a. Security / staff, who was supposed to be on duty at the desk for COVID-constrained QR-scanning or name-phone registration, had been away from that desk at 17:23 Sun 13 June 2021 while I intended to go to a relatively hygienic toilet outside and close to nearby Japanese restaurant during the third quarter break of AFL game between North Melbourne and GWS.
On the way to my intended toilet, I realised the exit has been closed with red band, and decided to back to internal toilet, even thought it could be filthy at times. The aforementioned security/staff bumped into me keeping claiming that I shouldn't be breaking the pub as it had been closed due to COVID, the reason he kept blaming my breaking-in was due to he wasn't on the duty desk as he should have been, hence he could only jump into speculation. Even thought I explained that I had been there watching AFL game for nearly two hours, but he didn't care. Further suggestion for him to check into tablet or iPad on the desk I have left my full-name and phone number on the entry as a proof, but again, he just couldn't bother. So, so, so abusive, and so speculative. Century City Tavern got me thinking whether they could only pay peanut to get monkey. The security/staff I am referring to specifically is male, around 180 cm tall, medium build, other than the other two staffs, one of which is also a male, around 182cm, slim build and wearing glasses and the other is female. Again, it happened at 17:23 Sun 13 June 2021. It shouldn't be difficult for the owner to dig out who on earth is the abusive, speculative person on duty.
b. Poor management allowed kids yelling, screaming, running around the floor, bouncing billiard balls, wielding billiard stick. This happens more often during weekend. If you happened to be sitting nearby, it's virtually impossible to enjoy watching sport on big screen there.
