Welcome to the Tamborine Mountain Glow Worm Tours! During our tours you will experience the results of our ground-breaking conservation project, as we guide you through our spectacular purpose-built cave, filled with thousands of glowing Glow Worms! We offer the only opportunity in Queensland to see Glow Worms during the day, and over the course of 30 minutes, you’ll meet a Glow Worm up close and learn all about their life cycle and behaviour. Our cave features a colony of native Mt. Tamborine Glow Worms, and is part of a long-term breeding program, so your admission helps support and ensure the survival of the species in South East Queensland for future generations!

Guide was great but very tired area. The restaurant staff rude and a bit obnoxious. Very disappointing had been looking forward too.

This is a man made cave specifically for glow worms. You will learn all about these unique little creatures. Great for ages 5+

We were the first group through at 10 am and there were only a few of us which was great when we went through the caves. The cave was full of glow worms and the tour guide was very interesting. Well worth a visit.

Interesting, good to see them close up. The tour was pleasant. We learned what I think it everything there is to know about Glow Worms....it was good to see the worms and hear all about them. Some humourous elements.
