About
We are a family winery, located in Chacras de Coria, Lujan de Coria, Mendoza. This winery is from the XIX century and was completely recycled, thinking mainly about quality, in order to express the attributes that our our terroirs offer at the foot of the Andes. With this proposal we want to communicate the style of our wines, contrasting the old with the modern.

This family run winery is awesome to see how a winery is run. We had a tour through the whole process, very informative. Our guide very friendly and enthusiastic about it all. We had tasting of white and 2 reds and all were delicious. The tasting area is all decorated out of old wine barrels and corks.

Bodega Canepa was our first stop as we explored the region by bike and we were so glad we dropped by. Betina was a fantastic host - so friendly and welcoming and knowledgable, with impeccable English. It makes a real difference to visit a family run bodega such as this as the tour is so very personal. Would definitely recommend that you add this to the list of wineries you visit in the area.

During my stay in Lujan de Cuyo, I rented a bike to visit all of the different bodegas (wineries) in the area. Bodega Familia Canepa Martin was my favorite. They have the BEST and most authentic tour. I arrived later in the day (around 4:00 pm) and had my own private tour! So many of the bodegas in Mendoza are very commercialized and seem more like a tourist trap than anything else, but Canepa Martin is not one of these. It's family-operated, and I cannot stress enough how authentic it is. This is the place to go if you want to see how wine is really made and you want to get the real, noncommercial bodega experience. Betiana was so incredibly sweet and informative. She was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and gave an amazing tour as well as explained the wine-making process in great detail. I got to see every step of the process from the lab to the press to the vats, etc. In addition to the amazing tour, the wines were so incredibly delicious! I cannot wait to visit again. The bodega was so beautiful, and I was so happy to see they added a picture of me and Betiana to their instagram page! It was so sweet! I will definitely bring my family next time I visit!

This was a really enjoyable tour!! We visited several wineries and this was our favourite.. the tour was very informative, bust most of all it was the setting and the ambiance for the tasting that made it so special. Cannot be missed!!

You know how when you're on holiday there is always somewhere you find that is unexpected and turns out to be one of your highlights. This is that place!
We rode our bikes up to the gates and they were closed. If that happens to you, don't let that stop you . . . press the button and say "Hola!". What we found behind the gates was a lovely surprise. We enjoyed a short tour of the winery and what followed was some fabulous wine, conversation and fun. The hosts were easy to talk to and engaging and we met others there who were in for a joyous time too. We had so much fun that we overstayed and had to rush off to a reservation when we realised the time. Thanks to all of you for a terrific time - and the wines are great too!

I am so happy that we visited Canepa Martin! The bodega is small and family run, and they really put forth the extra effort to make us feel welcome! There was a genuine, non-industrial feel to this place that I really appreciated. We just dropped by on a tuesday morning and Betiana was immediately ready to give us a tour in english. I have absolutely no complaints, just go there!

We had a wonderful visit to this winery. We were welcomed by Betiana who spent over an hour with us telling us about the winery and the many stages of wine production, in a thoroughly engaging manner. We have over the years visited many wineries in many countries, but on this occasion learned several interesting things we didn’t previously know. We tasted four different wines all of which were excellent; we started with a very good torrentes, and then compared an oaked and an un-oaked Malbec which was both very interesting and instructive, and ended with an excellent sweet red wine that seems to have resulted from a serendipitous accident. In conclusion, a wonderful instructive experience.

After a day of touring around by car and visiting the industrial wineries and vineyards, my husband and I set out on bicycle to explore some other, small wineries. We stumbled upon this one and it turned out to be one of the best experiences we had in Mendoza. We were warmly greeted by Betiana. We were the only ones there that afternoon, so we had are own private tour of the winery, which as very rustic, we loved it! We went down into the aging cellar and saw bottles covered in dust - so cool. Betiana was so kind and took her time with us. We tried 4-5 varieties of wine and purchased two to take home with us and stayed awhile to chat. We were there for 2 hours or so. I cannot recommend enough if you want to find something off the beaten bath, you won't be disappointed.
