Someone really needs to hang a big fish from this thing. I guess it was an interesting idea for someone to build, but hey, someone stuck a bunch of 59 Cadillac's in the ground in Amarillo TX and it attracts people too.
I love this park area of Houston. It is well maintained and close to everything, and of course it has the massive fly rod which signifies the great fishing in the area. A nice place to stop while driving through.
Nothing too exciting unless you're into very large things that don't really fit inside you're photo lens :-)
But stop by the Visitor Info that's in the same lot. The people there are very friendly and helpful.
