We visited this nature reserve while on holiday nearby. We have two young girls that love flamingos. The parking was relatively easy and roadside and all free. The park was well kept and clean. The flamingos could be seen from quite a distance. It was...More

Wonderful area with stunning scenery and copious amounts of wildlife. The pink flamingos alone are worth a visit, but good walking tracks and a stunning beach in both directions too.

Interesting area ... pink water in some ponds, blue green in others. If you are interested in water birds this is a great place with many different varieties including flamingos. Great way to spend an afternoon.

This is a beautiful place for long walks and bike rides. Long sandy beaches, lovely blue sea and flamingos in the salt lakes. Out of this world if you are a nature lover.

We fell across these lakes and the beautiful birds. We stopped briefly in the hire car and a had a 10 minute wander but clearly you could have a lovely one walk. Astonishing to see the flamingoes, and wonderful views of the sea. Definitely recommended.

Just visited the area and have been blown away by the stunning landscape. The sea was calm, the beach had some seaweed on it but not to the extent of previous years! The whole area exudes peace and quite! Long May that last.

The park area is on a peninsula just outside the town of San Pedro del Pinatar with easy access by car, bicycle or walking. In the salt pans near the start we saw numerous flamingoes digging around in the shallow water for crustaceans. Be warned,...More

The salinas provides really close up viewing of many delightful bird species. It is very easy to access and to park and simple to do a circular walk on the flat so that all ages can take part. In a simple flat 2 hour stroll...More

Hi, You won’t get lost when you get to the park as it’s only one road in and out! Parking along the roadside is difficult but there are car parks dotted along. At the end of the road by the marina is a large car park from... More
