A gentle stroll from El Reyal Club Nautic round the harbour to the Torre Santa Ana, a well restored fortress originally built in C16 to protect the coast from raiders and restored in the 1990's. The Tower is a fine example of a defensive structure of it's period. Unfortunately the Museum was changing exhibitions as we visited so was not... More

Right on the beach small castle great for evening shows but not much to see. the views from top are of the long sandy beaches. the front has canons and makes for good photos but you can see it all in about 20 mins. weekends there are atractions in front of the gates .

Free entry, with an interesting display /exhibition on Spanish history. A well done reconstruction. Don't forget the lighthouse nextdoor.

Well worth our drive, hour and 15 mins. There was an exhibition inside but not really sure what it was all about, explanation in Spanish. Displays and commentary on castle in both Spanish and English. Good views and great photos taken. Nice to sit and stroll around castle, lighthouse and marina. Coffee enjoyed at marina looking back at castle. Free... More

This is a lovely little castle by the harbour and it's free. Lots of interesting art on display and lovely views from the top. They have spent a lot of money restoring it with a big stage and sliding roof to open it up and amazing marble staircases. It was about a 40 minute stroll along the promenade from our... More

Almost on the beach so just about as true a sea castle as any built of sand. It is just about the same colour too. A mainly rebuilt small building. In a relaxing area but it was closed when we were there. Easy parking right next to it.

Visited whilst in the port area. Very impressive from the outside with cannons etc and more so inside. Free entry with a lift to most floors. Great views from the roof. When we visited there were a number of exhibitions to visit and a wedding being set up in the main tower. Another advantage is the availability of toilets. To... More
