We booked a diving experience for 2, we paid €80 each and it was worth it. The activity lasted half a day, first diving outside in the stunning natural pools then inside the aquarium. Very friendly instructors. Would recommend the dive, the aquarium itself is...More

This place is okay for a rainy madeira day but pretty expensive for such a tiny aquarium... Funny they had a Christmas tree in the aquarium.....

Went here as part of the scuba diving experience to swim with sharks and rays. Not the worlds most extensive aquarium compared to places like The Deep in Hull but worth a visit as it's user friendly and well set out.

Nice and small aquarium, with the most interesting marine species of the region in well preserved aquaria. Nothing spectacular, not close to Lisbon Oceanarium, but well worth a visit.

This is a very small aquarium considering the rich maritime and sea life history of the island. Having said that, it was worth the few euro’s entrance and was a nice visit.

There was one nice large tank with several interesting fishes in it. The other tanks were home aquarium size and the fishes weren’t special at all. We were out in 15 minutes and we even took our time to look at the fishes.

An interesting short visit for a few euros gave a colourful & realistic view of the diverse local sea life. Fascinating.
