It's good to visit a D Day beach where things went more or less according to plan. It's a very attractive museum, with an enormous B26 bomber under cover, plenty more vehicles, equipment and case histories. It is also one of the best views of...More

Utah Beach is worth a visit from walking the beach to the more formal museum. The beach is lined with bunkers and fortifications as a visual reminder plus rusted landing vessels. Its all a very good reminder of a time when the world was consumed...More

Wonderful to see Utah Beach and tour this museum. It's loaded with history, and has very nice gift shop. Don't miss it.

The museum has expanded since 2007-2011. Very American ‘gung ho’ but worth a stop. The memorials outside were a bit more confusing .

Don’t be deceived by its modest exterior this is a really great museum. Really enjoyed the bomber exhibit and the stories of how the POW camps were set up to house German soldiers. Well worth a visit!

One of the best museums I have visited on the D-Day landings, 20 minute film included in admission charge and worth watching. Took about 2 hours to go round. Would be good for families as well as couples.
