I usually practice Ashtanga, however I went to two classes with Ashiri and I loved his yogi attitude- strait forward, challenging but also instant know and detract your own abilities. I’m going again tomorrow, warmly recommend !!
Asiri is charming and his teaching style is straightforward and very much focussed on matching your ability so you'll be challenged but not too much whatever your level. I'm a regular yogi and have been practicing for years and still learned a few things. His...More
I did several yoga classes with Asiri during my stay in Galle and I really enjoyed all of them. Though I am quite a sporty person I never was much into yoga. But Asiri managed to change that. He found a good balance between streching,...More

You have to repeat again and again to learn. This is life time job!
Wheel is very basic and you are still not there and it is very important posture.
To learn do again and again..may be years
Me and my lass went for class 9:30am as beginners. Asiri is a great guy and teacher and had everyone trying new things. I ended up being able to do more than i thought including a headstand.
