We did the 4 barrels wine tasting tour in Cromwell and loved all the others bar this one. The lady in the tasting room sat us down before going into the kitchen and cleaning cutlery, leaving us waiting (we were the only customers there). After waiting for ages I popped my head in, was told she’d be out in a minute and then continued to wait another 10 minutes before we just walked out. Very disappointing

This was one of the most pleasant vineyard visits we have had. We enjoyed tastings of 5 wines of our choice from the Mischa range. And these were accompanied by a nicely matched, generous and varied platter of nibbles and breads. Suzie was the perfect host - timed each wine delivery perfectly to let us take our time, chat, and relax; explained each wine clearly, and encouraged us to develop our own appreciations of them; nice balance between attentiveness and distance. A real professional who made our visit very enjoyable. Handy hint: we had bought the Bucket List special deal - for tastings, platters, and three bottles of wine. Great deal! and we walked away with even more, and committed to coming back. Enjoy!

This was our first wine tasting venue on a wet afternoon and was a good place to start. There are 2 flight tastings to choose from. As expected, the descriptions were thorough and interesting. It’s a lovely tasting room and we enjoyed our visit.

Hi Rosemary. We are delighted you enjoyed your tasting and liked our tasting environment. We actually have 10 wines available for tasting and we suggest guests choose 5 of those to taste - otherwise it may get overwhelming! Thanks for sharing information on your visit to Misha's Vineyard Tasting Room.

We decided to stop here for a wine tasting since reservations were not required and we thought we had time before a reservation we had at another winery. Our host was Jill and she was serving us as well as a large group. We had to cut our tasting short, but since we would be coming through Cromwell the next day, we told Jill that we would stop by the next day to buy some wine. We brought a bottle of 2021 The High Note Pinot Noir ($55NZD). Highly recommend this tasting room.

We stopped by at 10 in the morning and were very warmly greeted. Despite the early hour we tried 5 wines and to our surprise they were ALL excellent ! Unfortunately we couldn't buy any as we are returning home soon, but this winery definitely has high quality wines all very well balanced. If you have time and you're a wine lover this is definitely worth a stop.

After passing by Misha’s for a number of years I finally got the opportunity to visit and it did not disappoint. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. They have a great selection of wines to choose from and you can decide which five wines you want to taste. I really enjoyed the ones I tried and I have to say the Rose was very good. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Our party of six walked in 20 minutes prior to closing. Host had no problem taking care of us. Plenty of time spent on us explaining the different wines. Different members of our party like very different wines. Between Pinot, Riesling, and Gewurtztraminer we all found a few samples that we liked. Great fist wine tasting in Otaro.

The complex has a lovely outdoor area where you can just relax and taste wine, eat delicious fruit, and have a real fruit ice cream.
We visited once, but then had to come back everyday we stayed in Central Otago. A lovely surprise to our family holiday, my son still asks if we can go back there.
Place is popular, so be prepared to hunt for a car park.

This week was my third Misha's experience and once again I was not disappointed. There is not a single wine that I couldn't recommend...which is unusual as normally there are one or two at a tasting that are so-so.
We also treated ourselves to a platter ......generous and well balanced selection of meats and cheeses.
Misha has an philosophy of "attention to details" and it shows in so many ways.
Stunning wines, lovely people and a fantastic experience.

Thank you so much for your review Steve. What makes us so happy is that we haven't 'let you down' in terms of delivering a great tasting experience - that's incredibly important to us. We really do appreciate your return visits and promise to continue to make great wines that will keep you coming back! Cheers Misha

What's not to love about wine? The tasting room is bright and there are plenty of seats. We liked most of the wine, it's very good among other great tasting rooms in the area.
