We spent a week cooking almost 30 different dishes. The chef's are patient and very knowledgeable. Meghan and her family along with the entire staff are a delight to get to know. I am sure there are host of cooking school scattered throughout Italy but I would not think twice and would return here if the opportunity presents itself again.... More

We just finished the week long culinary vacation program. I can highly recommend Good Tastes of Tuscany cooking school. The accommodations were lovely, the instruction was quality, and the owners and their family were a joy to get to know. The food was amazing and the school is very accommodating for dietary allergies. They are located near the train station... More

I attended the month-long certificate masters class and it was absolutely amazing. We got to work with amazing chefs, learn tricks of modern kitchens (no stirring the risotto constantly!) and eat amazing food! The villa was absolutely gorgeous and our hosts were gracious and attentive. A wonderful experience that I'd recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic taste of Italy!

Be prepared to get messy and have a great time. This day class was so much fun, Maurizio our chef/teacher was a blast and what a cook!!! The class is as much hands on as you desire and if you decide to do hands on then you are going to have fun as the day simply wisks by with a... More

I'm a recent graduate of culinary school and worked as a sous chef in a gourmet restaurant in NC and decided to take the month long master course to further my education. This was absolutely the best experience of my life and everything in the course exceeded all expectations. The first thing I need to address is the wonderful hospitality... More

I attended the classes this September and had enjoyed it. I learned lots of cooking secrets from the chefs that were really profesional. The amosphere was great. It is a great place to learn something new, meet people and relax. I will come back for sure. I recomend it to everyone! You won't regret it!

I wanted instruction for someone like me who is both familiar and practiced with Northern Italian cuisine so the Academia's Certificate Master Program seemed well suited. The instruction I received from 4 different chefs over two weeks (50 hours in the kitchen), was excellent. Each approached the food with individuality yet shared appreciation and skill. The class size enabled instruction,... More

What a joy and privilege it was to take the 2-week professional-level course at the marvelous Villa Pandolfini in Lastra a Signa. I'm a professional chef (Executive Chef) at a Forbes 5-star Resort and I wanted to learn REAL Italian cooking from REAL, WORKING Italian chefs and I was rewarded with EXACTLY this. First, the experience: Massimo, the owner, along... More

The class was okay and nothing bad about it, but I will outline the things that could have made it better and why I personally would elect a different class next time. It is probably 3 star but I gave 2 because for the cost I expect more. 1) the chef didn't have beer personality and wasn't an involved host.... More

We decided to truly take a class where we could prepare a gluten free Tuscan meal with true professional guidance, and we are so glad we chose this class. We met in a meeting spot in Florence to hop in a van to Villa Pandolfini where in a truly Tuscan rustic kitchen we three prepared our meal along with two... More
