Beach is lovely but don't expect an idyllic beach site. There is lots of entertainment for kids. Overall, commercial and very touristy.

This is one of the largest beaches of the Belgian cost. It's nice to walk and when it's sunny there place enough to enjoy and swim. Good for family with children. Very clean and no dogs allowed

Such a great white sandy beach! Wonderful boardwalk and cute little shops. Great for swimming. No lifeguards on duty though.

We parked up with the caravan by this gorgeous beach, and while not surprisingly the traffic kept us awake a bit, the early morning swim was fantastic. This is a huge beach with lovely views in both directions. Truly magical, wonderful sunset.

Caught a day when temperatures hit 21 and it wasn't windy. Lovely long wide beach with space for bikes and hover boards etc. Downsides were rubbish on beach and cost of restaurants, €23 for moules and frites? Maybe I just need to get used to...More
