Another plesant stay on the lovely, and conveniently close to Bangkok Island beach of Koh Samet. This location is clean, and quiet compared to some other highly crowded, and noisy beaches there. Lounging, and eating a lovely "Thai food" meal is what you can expect...More

I visited Koh Samet three times; December/January 2017, March/April 2017, May/June 2017. I really like Ao Phai beach and you can find Samed Villa Resort there, which is the best accomodation in Koh Samet according me. Profesional staff, excellent food, clean an comfortable room. Ao...More

This is a grat beach, it is not to big, and you can have a good overlook at your children. Several good restaurants, also the best on the island, the restaurant on Samed villa:-)

We’ve been to Ko Samet Island a few times now and love it, however the main beach is so overcrowded but can’t go wrong here. Apart from speed boats coming in (sadly part of the island now) it’s beautiful and surprisingly unspoiled, white sand and...More

Nice beach with snorkeling. We stayed at a resort towards the end of the beach with some rocks and a small reef. It was nice to be able to walk off the beach for snorkeling right from our resort. A pretty good trade off for...More

For the beaches along this stretch, I found that this part was the quietest and the most chill. There was a good breeze. Also, until April 15 2018 there is construction on the beach.
