Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Not the usual Outlet where reputable brands.
Most of the sports brand have good deals and discount especially one of the brand with a tick.
Good place to try get some good cheap sports apparel for sure.

The outlet was very quiet with few people so you can roughly guess how unattractive it was in terms of the offering and bargains. The things are not cheap like Adidas and other sports stores. Not many brands here too. Saw underarmour banner but couldn't find the shop. A food court with 3 or 4 stalls are open. Starbucks was there. We spent less than an hour and quickly left. Don't waste your time. Go to other attractions instead.

We made it a point to visit here before we left Khao Yai. We thought it would be better to shop in the aircon'd outlets than going around in the heat. To our surprise, most of the shops had very little aircon, we were feeling hot in there too.

The items in some well-known outlets were expensive, if not, they offered the same discounts as shops or department stores in Bangkok.

We bought a few simple tees. Sizes were pretty limited. Either they were too big or far too small. Well, there was a hardware shop at the end (not sure of its location). They sell pretty cool stuffs.

Overall, we had a quick look around there. Odd sized garments might be cheaper, though. Please check with the service staff on the actual discounted price as some pricetags were very misleading, especially in the bigger sportswear outlets.

Still, not a bad place to shop in :)

Recently had a chance to visit Khao Yai National Park post covid restriction and paid a visit to this mall when we happened to pass by this mall along the highway.

While the entrance looks fairly normal like any other Premium Outlet but once you get to the carpark and the shops, you will feel sorry for this mall; it is getting very old and no crowds even on a public holiday. You will understand why when you walk into the shops. Not many shops offer premium items that you are accustomed with with a Premium Outlet. Various shop units were closed down and even the food court left the drink stall still opened.

I personally find nothing interesting in all the shops that i visited and will not visit again nor recommend it to those I know.

I am not so sure if this Premium Outlet will last if nothing is done to refurbish the entire complex and bring in more real premium global brands.

Overall I find this Premium Outlet visit a poor experience and will not visit again.

The very first premium outlet I visited where they have more staff than visitors. Basically a deserted mall with overpriced stuffs.

It was much more shops with a relax shopping atmosphere when comparing to the one in Pattaya. As Khao Yai is a quiet place, the outlet and the Chokchai Farm were the only highlight in this area.

For the average tourist / shopper -- I don't find the appeal (pricing) to be any different or offering a better price than at home.

The restaurants and labor cal shops - local items are a nice touch and could see me coming back - or stopping in if coming this way.

Starbucks is the only real reason for me as it is conveniently located near the main road and easy in and out. (Staff and service very good here).

Overall - P.O. has a number of pros and cons and has a little of something for everyone.

We met a rainy day, so decided to stop by as other attractions are outdoors.
The items are not very cheap for a outlet.
Very few people as well. Drop by only if you have time to pass.

I would not call this an attraction. This is an overpriced mall with limited inventories in most stores. Occasionally there are some good sales, however, most days there is very little worth the time to stop. There are a few restaurants and kiosks offering food and several boutique stores.

When the outlet started, it was busy, cosy and profitable to buy.
Now, march 2017, there's only a few people. Shops have very limited stock. Most shops have girls sitting behind the counter watching on their phones all the time. If you walk in they don't even look up and in some cases they do look up but bored and you see them think: mmmm, a customer and continue looking on their phones.
So, a definite no go.
