The Best experience we had at a Winery on this trip to Ballandean. Because it was limited numbers our host took plenty of time telling us about themselves and how they ended up setting up the Twisted Gum Estate. Very informative, really nice wines and would go back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our wine tasting with the owners of this beaut little winery in Ballandean. Twisted Gum's wines are also splendid - we bought a few cases. Highly recommend booking a tasting.

The cellar door experience here with Michelle & Tim
is so personal and fantastic, in a cute country cottage. Their sustainable, biodynamic, small vineyard wines are so crisp, clean and amazing...so love this place...have visited several times ...their white wines, rose and reds are superb.. their Shiraz rose is exceptional and perfect for our Queensland climate,
an amazing effort for a small wine producer, congratulations...a must do, fantastic, experience

This is a hidden gem in Queensland. I couldn’t make my mind up between the Shiraz 2015, the award winning Shiraz 2014 and the Cabernet Sauvignon 2016, so I had to buy them all. Highly recommended 🍷

Twisted Gum is a fabulous little family winery with superb wines (hubby raved about the Shiraz 2014 and the Shiraz/Cab Sav 2014). The pink moscato was delish for me. I loved the dry grown concept, the passion & sharing of the owners, the lovely art work inside, and a doggy who warmly greets you!! There is accommodation here as well, and great events throughout the year.

This is a lovely winery where the owner is passionate about her grapes and wines which were delightful. The cellar door is also worth the visit with an antique bar and beautiful wooden tables and a quirky sculpture at the door. There is also a small art gallery of work by artist Emily Coelli which is really good and her work is for sale.

We stayed over Christmas in this amazing cottage:)
Beautiful location with great view and awesome walks around the grapevine.
We had the best time around the fire place playing cards.
And the wine, oh what a wine they grow up there, we just loved it!
Amazing day walks around for all ages, in the surrounding parks.
Will definitely be back.
Owners were helpful and very nice, though we haven’t met.
Highly recommend cottage, suitably for family stay, with precious moments of romantic quality.
