Had a lovely weekend at the cottage whilst hiking in nearby National parks.
Beautiful clean and cosy cottage with so much birdlife.
So quiet and peaceful, felt so private and had the best nights sleep.
Comfy beds, hot shower and stocked kitchen.
Loved the views over the dam, a perfect place for a morning coffee or afternoon wine.
Koda the resident pup was a delight and owners lovely.
Enjoyed wine tasting with Michelle and then a walk to flat rock at the rear of the property.
Will stay again!

We stayed at the Twisted Gum Cottage over Easter (three adults and two children). It was just what we were after; simple, clean and well stocked with Twisted Gum wine, games, books, and everything we needed. Really convenient for walking in Girraween and touring wineries. The cottage has two living spaces which is great if you have a very wet day with children. The owners were friendly and we all fell in love with Gus the dog. Note, if anyone in your group is nervous around dogs, the owners will keep him away, but he is the perfect dog for people who feel this way - really well trained. One of our boys was really scared of dogs, but fell in love with Gus - a real bonus to a beautiful Easter on the Granite Belt.

The cellar door experience here with Michelle & Tim
is so personal and fantastic, in a cute country cottage. Their sustainable, biodynamic, small vineyard wines are so crisp, clean and amazing...so love this place...have visited several times ...their white wines, rose and reds are superb.. their Shiraz rose is exceptional and perfect for our Queensland climate,
an amazing effort for a small wine producer, congratulations...a must do, fantastic, experience

Twisted Gum is a fabulous little family winery with superb wines (hubby raved about the Shiraz 2014 and the Shiraz/Cab Sav 2014). The pink moscato was delish for me. I loved the dry grown concept, the passion & sharing of the owners, the lovely art work inside, and a doggy who warmly greets you!! There is accommodation here as well, and great events throughout the year.

Hi Guys Thanks for the kind review. Hubby is right about the 2014 reds - they are getting better and better as time goes on. :) Hope you enjoy the wines and drop in and see us again on your next visit to Granite Belt Wine Country! Cheers Tim & Michelle

Great to hear that you enjoy our Pink Moscato. The Black Muscat grapes that are used to make that wine have been grown throughout the Granite Belt for many decades now. It makes a very special wine. Enjoy! Regards Tim & Michelle

Excellent vineyard with good wines both red and white. Also the shop has wonderful art on this occasion we purchased a rustic wine stand. We were also going to book a degustation dinner only to find they are fully booked this year next time for sure.

Thanks for your kind comments. We hope that the wine stand sits perfectly in your house. Michael is such a clever artist - we have some of his pieces as well. :) See you next year at one of our Table for Sixteen degustation dinners perhaps? Cheers, T&M
