Cowichan Lake is the equivalent of Okanagan Lake for the Island. It is crystal clear and clean, and the beaches are incredible!

Spent 5 days at this spectacular campground set under large forest trees. Very clean large sites,well maintained and conscientious caretakers. Nice wide clean paths for biking/walking to the beach. There is camping for a charge but to walk around for the day is free. Lovely beach and huge forest all around

Love there campground, there are lots of things around to do and keep kids busy like tubing and there is a lake and a park , I definitely will be back to camp there.

When I was there last month and went to the parking lot in the evening all the cars had cleared out so I am guessing that they do not allow overnight parking there. You should call them to make sure.

No. provincial campsites do not have electricity . You can recharge phones etc in the bathrooms but no services at campsites at all

Doubt it. I don't even think any BC provincial parks have internet access.
