we were told this house was built in 1860. still in need of repairs and not too much in the way of displays. volunteers there were what made it with their local stories. the house used to be the local doctors office at one time....More

Well preserved period house. Only negative is they are trying to fill rooms up with furniture and all not period correct. Better to leave rooms empty and enjoy the architecture. The doctors office is full of his original stuff to look at. Also look at...More

Great attraction that takes you back in time to the early 1800s. This historic home and gardens is lovingly cared for, and shown by, volunteers in the community. The home stokes the imagination and makes you pause to imagine.

This is a must see heritage building with many displays and som local artist also display their art here. The gardens are beautiful with many fruit trees and lots of fruits when in season
