Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I booked the round robin from Teignmouth. I did not receive my confirmation email or tickets. Waited a while and confess to worrying about this. When I contacted by phone they could not have been more helpful, apparently there was a glitch with some online bookings and emails. All emails were resent and cheery text communication. Unfortunately the sea swell was too high and the trip unable to run on the booked day. Once again great friendly communication. There was a small chance it could take place a couple of days later, so I requested they let us know if it could happen. When the day came it was still high and I received a text to advise they could not accommodate us and I had been refunded in full. I am really sad that we were unable to experience the trip but wanted to review the first class responses I received from this lovely company. I will definitely try them again.

We prebooked our Teignmouth to Brixham to Paignton boat trip before our holiday, booking online was easy. On the day, we arrived and the crew said it would be choppy out at sea so if anyone was worried or nervous they could cancel and be fully refunded. It was very choppy on the way out of the estuary but it added to the excitement. The boat trip was enjoyable and we were informed about areas of interest along the way. We saw several resorts, cliffs, caves and anchored cruise ships, we also saw a seal in Brixham harbour. We had just enough time in a Brixham to enjoy a delicious Devon cream tea then it was back onboard to Paignton. Once in Paignton we caught the train back to Teignmouth. All in all, it was a lovely trip, well organised and we felt in safe hands.

We booked the Round Robin trip from Teignmouth to Brixham, with We Ferry/Funfish. About 90 minutes on the boat, on a perfect September afternoon. A really beautiful coastline and a great way to see Torbay. Two hours ashore in Brixham then half an hour along the coast to Paignton to catch the train back to Teignmouth (included in the ticket price). Thanks to boat crew John and Ash for a brilliant day out.
Highly recommended!

Went on the hour long wildlife cruise in the afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We saw Porpoises swimming and spent time looking at them. A great little trip. Would recommend.

We booked this online after i enquired about mobility access. I got an immediate reply. Dad has a spine condition and cant pick his legs up properly so when hes not scooter bound we use a wheeled walker, the crew were very helpful getting him on and off (he's a bit of a unit to manage) and the whole trip from start to finish was fun and informative, the crews banter is good and Dad enjoyed the stop at Brixham. The Brixham Belle is a lovely old boat and the route was breathtaking with seals and sea birds too. There are drinks on board, i was tempted but drunk in charge of a parent is not a good idea. Dad had coffee We will definitely do this again as Dad said he preferred this to another well known coastal trip. We had a lovely day it is worth every penny. The trains are easy and if you book the round robin online your train ticket is on your phone just show it to the guard you also get an itinerary to download. Check the weather and chose a decent day you can't go wrong.

I had another lovely round robin trip which consisted of Teignmouth to Brixham via boat, and then Brixham to Paignton via boat, and then Paignton to Teignmouth via train! On the boat cruise from Teignmouth we saw some seals and had a friendly and informative commentary on the general coastline from the captain, John.
Upon arriving at Brixham (the first leg of the round robin trip), I was able to do the one-hour sea-safari too which provided beautiful views around Berry Head coastline and sightings of porpoise and dolphins :-)
Captain John also had his friendly crew of Stuart who was also very helpful.
In all my general dealings and telephone calls with all the staff of WeFerry/Funfish I have found everyone to be friendly and helpful. Thank you all :-)

We experienced the round robin trip from which left from Teignmouth, (but I believe is also available from Dawlish and Dawlish Warren), to Brixham, which took about an hour and 15 minutes. The boat was stunning and onboard was tidy and clean. Plenty of blankets were provided as boat trips can be chilly! The two-man crew was warm, professional and welcoming. The ride was thoroughly enjoyable, with the humorous commentary, breath-taking views of the bays, coves and towns en route and the extra-added bonus of sighting seals sunbathing! We had an hour and a half exploring the shops in Brixham, (a quaint and friendly small town), before climbing aboard the Brixham Belle once more for the 25-minute ride across to Paignton.
This trip may well be the highlight of our summer holiday, therefore I would totally recommend it to all!

We did Torquay to Teignmouth on a lovely sunny day. It was made all the better by the informative captain and we did love the mother in law jokes. This is a great value for money trip and to have a glass wine was nice too. Keep up the friendly customer service it goes a long way. Highly recommended for all the family.

Booked in the morning of the trip after weather check, was lovely day, boat took 2 hours to Brixham, saw a few seals on the way which was a treat. Amazing rock layers too when viewed from the boat. Spent a while in lovely Brixham, then short boat trip back to Paignton to get train to Teignmouth. All crew were helpful and friendly. Humourous commentary along the way. There was a well stocked bar available including soft drinks and tea and coffee. Was a lovely trip all round, would definitely do again.
