The caves are an interesting but not very extensive. You can amble to their conclusion at the 'Inner Temple' and back in an easy half hour. You might get an hour out of it if you stop to read every info board. But it is...More

£7.50 Entrance (£6.00 If you are a member of the national trust) the caves are interesting but over priced. 30 minutes if you take your time. There is a simple cafe there. Would not recommend you travel a long distance to get to these caves...More

A really fantastic short excursion down into the caves. Very interesting walk, obviously uphill on the way out but not too strenuous.

Pack a picnic ( not to heavy ) park the car in the allocated CP and head up the hill. Either Picnic first up by the monument and church and take in the views or switch and visit the caves first..Pretty much value for money...More

I live near the caves and decided to go inside after years of just using the cafe when we had a relative visiting. I have been at Halloween and it was amazing. No idea what you get for the price of £7.50 per adult! So...More

This is our third trip to the caves and we like to walk round them now and then. Preferably when there are no screaming children around to ruin the atmosphere! Recommend you go out of school holiday time if you hate that as much as...More

Don't miss the gorgeous views and hilltop church, graveyard and mausoleum! Luckily, we missed a sign showing a shorter path from the carpark to the caves, and climbed up the hill. Good exercise, and well worth the effort! The caves, actually mostly a man-made remnant...More

If you're into local history and not clostraphobic then the caves are worth a visit. Tip: there's usually some good stuff going on for kids at Halloween! 😀👍👻😱

There is a bus from High Wycombe station which will take you to West Wycombe and you can alight there and easily walk to the cave. Times and fare can be checked on line.

I am afraid Parking at the Caves is limited and visitors are advised to park at the large car park at the Garden Centre which is a 500 metre walk from the Caves.
