I was travelling between Siena and Florence through Chianti country passing winery after winery. There were vineyards to the left of me, vineyards to the right etc. I knew nothing about this winery and there was nothing particularly interesting about this winery that made me...More

I don't know if you have to know people here to get this cooking class but the leader of our group knows the caretakers here so she orchestrated a cooking class here. It was fabulous...fried sage, homemade pasta, roast chicken and a strawberry mousse pie....More

Stopped by this winery near Panzano for a tasting. Staff was very knowledgeable and spoke English. Wines were very good especially the Chianti Classico Reserva. The best part was the tasting was free!

We went on a wine tour and tasting. The guide was very informative and we tasted three different wines and also had nibbles. The wine was lovely and we also tasted the most amazing balsamic vinegar!

We visited this facility and was greeted by their wine maker, Iacopo Morganti, who is from this region of Italy. If you have an opportunity to ask for him to present their wines, you will not be disappointed whatsoever by the wines that "grace" this...More
