I travelled to Monza and Villa Reale because of an exhibition which was being shown there. It is such an impressive and interesting building in a bueatiful setting. I was a real treat to be able to see something of the building in addition to the exhibition which had been the object of my visit.

I'm Italian and I know how difficult (in my country especially)it is to keep historical sites as they used to be. I was in Villa Reale twice and I found it very well maintained! Ceilings especially attracted my attention: so wonderfully finished!

I had a lovely day at the palace . Recommend going for a walk in the grounds . I walked in the extensive grounds for an hour . This was free. Enjoyed seeing inside the Royal dwellings . This requires a ticket . At the entrance an extra favour was added with operatic music being played from speakers set under... More

I love visiting the Villa Reale, it is very grand and it's fun to imagine how its royal summer visitors must have used it. It is set in a huge park and is very beautifully decorated. Some of its features are a bit over the top, but it is quite beautiful in a very Italianate way.
