Definitely one of the best view points. This area itself has around 8+ view points. So don't be fooled by travel guide or cab driver when they say that they will cover 10+ view points during trip.

Lot of eateries and six points within Arthur seat point to see. They collect 10 Rupee per head for cleanliness, but they themselves sell bottle caps to throw into valley. Contrasting experience. This place is okay to visit.
