Great point

Loads of monkeys present so have to be a little careful. The point offers great spectacular views of the valley.

This is another point with great views, especially of the Koyna Valley and the fort which is visible from here, but make sure it’s not on a cloudy day. This is named after a former Governor of Bombay.

A decent sight seeing point that has for its backdrop the mountain ranges or peaks of the Sahyadris.Good for photo ops.Not a very strenuous activity.

Lovely views of the mountains nearby and the valley. Yummy snack options like corn cobs, raw mango, maggi and BHEL along the way to make it a fun affair. But the roads tend to get crowded at peak times during weekends, so try and do this and Arthur's point early in the morning.

The point leaves incredible views of the surroundings. The mountain range of Sahyadri is also visible from this point. The Elephant’s Head Point is one of the best points to be visited in Mahabaleshwar. The cliffs which overhang remind you of an elephant’s head and trunk. Thus the point got its name as the Elephant’s Head Point. The tourists and... More

This point is around the same valley as Arthur's seat but offers a different view. Avoid this place during the day time on weekends because you might get stuck in long traffic jam. I would suggest to visit this point in the morning time before 11 am. You can have bhelpoori , butter milk and corn to enjoy the climate... More
