The weather was cool and foggy with intermittent rain. The drive is simply superb with wild lavender coloured flowers in full bloom The lake had options for boating and horse ridding. There are several sun rise and sun set points to take in the spectacular valley views You can shop for local crochet clothes, cushion covers, table cloths, locally made... More

This is the best hill station in Maharashtra.. Close to Satara and situated in the Sahyadri range. Old and new Mahabaleshwar both areas has plenty of tourist attractions.

worth visiting place like Tiger point, mapro garden, lingamala water falls. But try to visit each point before 5 pm, as after 5 pm environment gets foggy and you won't be able to enjoy at the designated points

Beautiful is an understatement. The place is a heaven for people from the cities. Out of the world. Excellent points better than most hill stations. The food and locals are a treat.

Mahabaleshwar is a good option to visit during monsoon days. It has around 14 different points and 4 temples to visit. Atmosphere is awesome and you will found fog all around. Only thing is due to fog at times certain points are closed. Overall nice place to spend time.

Six hours drive through scenic roads took me to this beautiful hill station from Mumbai. I didn't expect this place will be nice, as the place name sounded quite old and religious. Many points, but crowded much. The waterfalls was nice. Had plenty of fresh straw berries. Good place for 3-4 days picnic with family, and Mumbaikars can easily come... More
