We were lucky enough to score a waitress full of character as we explored the wines on offer. Bottles from $3 up meant there was something for every budget. Tasting was extensive and generous. Photos have come out well. Too much wine to fit in to go home!

This was one of the wineries that I have wanted to visit for along time - I love going to wineries and buying wines that isn't available at the usual bottle shop - but I was disappointed to discover there was none available to taste - grounds are beautiful - cheeses where very overpriced

Thank you for taking time to provide us with your feedback on your visit to our cellar door and cheese shop. There is a very extensive list of wines that we have on for tasting in our cellar door - generally up to 20 different wines. We are disappointed that you did not find something of interest that you could... More

Some of the best sweet wines I've ever had. Tasting was well set up, informative, entertaining, cheese matched. Lovely grounds and historical presentations.

Tasted all wines from wine list, joined the club, bought box of wine. Not all of them is for us, but definitely you will find favour one. Bought cheese platter (take away) so we could stop somewhere and have picnic. That area is unbelievable. Whatever you will go is just beautiful. Cheese, you need to try!!!! Also you can try... More

Visited De Bortoli Family Winemakers, est. 1928, on a recent visit to the Yarra Valley. Loved the blue cheese but unfortunately we couldn't take it home. Did buy the De Bortoli NOBLE ONE Botrytis Semillon, 2014 vintage. An exceptional dessert wine. A great find!

Last time that we visited was in 1992 and we enjoyed it so much that we made a special trip to visit again. Unfortunately we didn't reserve for the restaurant (very necessary) but we had an excellent guided tasting session and accompanied it with some lovely cheeses from the Yarra Valley Estate Cheese Room. As we still had some touring... More

The wine tasting was great, however $16 cheese platter was ridiculous. There wasn't enough cheese on the platter to use up the handful of crackers...Surely you could put together a decent cheese platter at this price?

We were actually late for lunch but we were welcomed in and enjoyed several appetizers for lunch. We loved the Cabernet and Sangiovese blend with the food and bought a beautiful Black Noble dessert wine in the shop later. If tasting be sure to try the dessert wines. They are extremely tasty.

We stopped here for a tasting and a look around the gardens, which are great. There were a number of people around and we had to wait a little for tasting but the people were quite attentive even with the high demand. We also tried some cheese and had a coffee which was also great. Thanks to Mandy for her... More

We arrived with a group of about 10, staff were very friendly and accommodating, they ensured we were well looked after. Very knowledge with regards to the wines, I look forward to enjoying the wines for the next few months.
