My son absolutely loves monkey bizz! BUT it annoys me the staff who are in black fleeces think they can talk to young workers in the tshirts like utter crap! Why? And Infront of customers too which is humiliating... hate to be a kill joy but it was a bit dangerous today, all the matts and the slide were polished!?... More

Grandchildren and friends thoroughly enjoyed their birthday party. Girl in charge of party was helpful, organised and polite. All staff need to learn to smile, especially those on front desk. Most had miserable faces. Food and drink from cafe good. Toilets that were working were not great. Could do with being checked and cleaned more regularly by staff. However the... More

To be honest was clean and okay but unfortunately though marshalls were miserably and looked like they couldn't be bothered and thought was bit wrong that was told couldn't use my phone to take a picture of my own child as you do when you take them out.

It is a really good place once you get in because there is loads of slides and everything from kids as young as 6 months (in the kids area) to kids as old as 15. There is a cafe so you can order food or drinks while your there. Monkey Bizz run really good primary parties with food and playtime.... More

Visited with my 17 month old granddaughter. She loved the soft play area for the younger children. There's lots more for the over 4's, which is something to look forward to. The equipment appeared to be well looked after & very safe. We didn't have food, so I can't review it, but people who were eating seemed to be enjoying... More

I was shocked at the total chaos of this place. What I was surprised about was the amount of adults playing on it amongst the children. You can watch your child from below and if you don't think them capable of going on a part don't let them. I don't think this is worth the money for a child's party.... More

Great centre, daughter love the roller disco. Always clean, good toilets, great air hockey, food is nice and reasonable prices. Think some of the other low reviews like Kelly H dont realise it's not a kids club. I'm happy to supervise my own children!
