Really easy to find on the main tourist street. It's part of the Huguenot Museum, so follow the signs there.
Staff were friendly and helpful when we went. Shop had reasonably priced items the kids loved. Lots of great places advertised.

Easy to find, it is in the same building as the Huguenot Museum which can be seen form the railway station. There is access from that side and the High Street.
