The staff were very helpful and there were a number of good leaflets in the shop to help us explore Rochester for the day. At the back was a small cafe which seemed very popular.

Moody staff. Tables with plates left on then. Food expensive. £1.60 for a cup of tea. !!! Rip off. Abusing the historic area by charging ridiculous prices.

Along with very helpful staff, it's a great way to find out what is going on in the area, a small art gallery, and very nice tea room.
