We recently visited for a tour and tasting and enjoyed it immensely. Our guide was very informative and the grounds were lovely, even in winter. I have a gluten allergy, and so they made sure to offer me gluten free salami and prosciutto with my wine tasting, which was very considerate (we informed them about my allergy ahead of time). The wines themselves were excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. Much less expensive than buying Brunello in the U.S. from a retail shop.…

We were here for a great tasting with a wine club. A great selection of Brunello vintages, topped by a 1990 Poggio, and the while thing lead by the Count himself made this to an almost religious experience. Probably the best tasting ever.

Have you ever wondered how an “organic” wine will age? I do! We spent a wonderful day at this vineyard back in 2016 and bought a 2002 Brunello. Old friends came to visit and we enjoyed the wine immensely. After 17 years it was better than great.

Beautiful property with excellent wines. The 2001 Poggio reserva was especially good. We had a private lunch and the food was fantastic.
