This is the last waterfall we visited while staying in Franklin and we are glad we did , for us in our late 50's is kind of a hard hike but worth the effort and the time . this waterfall is really three separate falls...More

Glen falls consists of 3 different tiers of water falls. It was a cool experience and gorgeous set of waterfalls, but a pretty difficult hike, especially after the 2nd tier. I didn’t feel it was worth the hike as the path isn’t really kept that...More

The first time we came here we didn't have enough time to go to the bottom. There is a stop off point closer to the top (about 5 minutes or so down), but to be honest it's nothing to look at. Only go here if...More

Feeling accomplished after this hike. As mentioned, there are 3 viewing decks on the path, each one equally spectacular I believe it was the second one that offered an amazing view of the mountains in addition to the waterfall. The trip back up can be...More

You need to be in shape there is quite a hike to see all this fall has to offer. Can be time consuming so plan at least a half day.

We enjoyed the hike down to Glen Falls. You have to drive down a dirt road to get to the parking area, but it was worth it. The hike is all downhill going, but coming back was a bit challenging. The trail looks like a...More

This a was nice place to hike. The pathway down was moderate with help of wooden steps added every now and then, but a few tree roots were there also. There are a few view areas where you can view the Falls on the way...More

These falls take a bit of hiking to see. There are 3 major drops for a total drop of 640'. The falls are in a heavily forested area and the total hike is about a mile but there is a 700' elevation change. Well worth...More

So it is about a 1.5 mile hike in and out with 3-4 stops along the way to view the top and other parts of the falls. It is pretty much all earthen steps all the way. Easy down and moderate back up. Not difficult...More

Moderate ability trail along rugged path that has some steps carved i to help you but still needs some degree of fitness for the hike back up. There are three falls to view in total and all are very picturesque and well worth the effort...More

A nice walk along the edge of the falls. Stay on trail and everyone should be fine. It is downhill and less than a half mile. Anyone in moderately good health should be able to traverse this hike down and back up. Our... More

Room for probably 20-25 vehicles in a gravel/dirt lot at the trailhead. It is a beautiful hike. Be aware that it is downhill going in and uphill all the way back out.
