I took my two children 8&12 for Tongariro Crossing in school holidays. I have emailed Summit Shuttles and they replied promptly and gave me good advice. They confirmed the trip and called me the day before the trip to make sure that the trek condition was fine. My family was a bite late for the pick up time at the end the of the trek we were 20mins late . I was so worried as last part of the trek has no phone reception. To my great surprise the lady was waiting for us at the car park. We were the last ones. We had a great tramping and were really grateful for Summit shuttle’s’ excellent service. Definitely recommend this company.

A knowledgeable crew that ensured we were prepared for the day ahead. We got a lot of confidence from their experience and how they shared that with us. Thank you!

Excellent service, we took the wrong turn so was late for the bus. They were easy to contact and so helpful, swapping our bus for a later time. Right on time for pickup, giving us good instructions for the day ahead. Will use summit shuttles again.
