Worth the visit if you are keen on NZ history. This site is about 150 years old. There is not much to see here but sure is a good piece of NZ history.

Went to the top redoubt. Worth the walk, steppish in places with a few steps, but overall nice and easy. Good viewing platform to survey the trenches and surroundings.
